Roly poly Kalli
Kalli's mama here. So, Kalli has been rolling around a lot around the house. Usually she will do 2 full rolls and then become occupied with the rattle or doll sitting in front of her. Today that was not the case.
I laid Tink on her quilt on the floor, put a few toys in front of her and then went downstairs to get some cereal and use the restroom, something I do every morning. Today I walked back into the bedroom, maybe 3-5 minutes later and she was no where to be found. I looked all around the bedroom, in the bathroom, in the closet, no Tink anywhere. I obviously start to freak out when I hear this grunting noise coming from under the bed. I get onto all fours and look........................................... there in all her pink glory is Miss Kalliopi doing yet another log roll and giggling the whole time.
Lesson #1 for today: Never underestimate your child. She is capable of a lot more than I often think she is.
Lesson #2 for today: Trev and I may want to consider baby proofing the house a bit earlier than expected.
Lesson #3 for today: If you go to the bathroom and your child in the meantime disappears, look under the bed.
Ok, time to go and finish my heartattack. Just thought you all would want to know the latest update. Love.

Here Come the Pics!
Ok, daddy here. Sorry, I have been slow about putting pictures on. Kalli says that's not very nice since some of ya'll don't get to see her that often. I will do better.
Anyway, I have quite a few pictures to post, but I'm going to drag it out over a couple of days. To start things off, here are a few Christmas pictures...
Visiting Santa at the Harley-Davidson store:
A semi-cheesy Christmas pic with an unattentive child:
Santa's Little Helper:
REAL happy with Uncle Jason:
"Ralphy... I can't put my arms downnnn!"

Daddy is a slowpoke..
Hi family and friends... Kalli's mama here. I just wanted to state for the record that we do have lots of pictures to post, but I don't know how to do that yet. Thus Note today's title.
Quick update for you all. Our first Christmas was pretty good. Kalli, like every other child in America didn't want to sleep past 6AM. She apparently couldn't wait one more second to see what Santa has brought for her. As you all can guess, Little miss Kalliopi is a very blessed girl. She has enough clothing to keep her fashionable until she's in an 18-24 month size, and she's got more toys than any little girl really ever needs, but she's gonna love 'em all.
We had our 4 month Dr's visit yesterday. Kalli is about 15 lbs. now and in the 75-95 percentile when it comes to height. She is indeed teething, as mom and dad already knew. Shots were administered. Trev, Kalli, and I slept very little last night. Probably has something to do with achy legs from the injections, and hurting gums from the teething. Fun. Fun. We are supposed to start the Ferber method in a few days to teach miss Kalli to sleep through the night. I'm doing the research on it now to decide if it's the best way to go. If any of you have opinions, please email me or comment below.
We'll get pictures on here in a few days. I promise they are worth waiting for. Thanks for your patience...
